We will do our best to make any photo look fantastic, (please note the better the original photo, the more chance to get good results). Quality retouching job requires high resolution image. Please scan your print at 300dpi-800dpi-1200dpi resolution and upload to our ftp site (see ‘upload’ for instructions). Or send your original to us and we’ll scan it for you.
The one thing that can’t be done is making an out of focus photo in focus, we can improve it, but it’ll never be that crisp.
At the end of the restoration process your original photos will be returned to you together with your order. |
