TO PREPARE YOUR PHOTOS FOR MAILING: PHOTOS MUST BE REMOVED FROM FRAMES AND NOT ATTACHED OR SEALED TO ANYTHING THAT COULD INTERFERE WITH DIGITAL PHOTO RESTORATION WORK BEFORE IT IS MAILED OR DELIVERED TO VISUAL XTREME.
To ensure safe transfer of your photos & images, please carefully protect and package your order with thick cardboard on both sides of the photos. For added protection against moisture and other elements, seal your photos inside a plastic bag inside your parcel (you can use padded photo mailer envelope). For better protection you can individually wrap each separate photo.
Write: “PHOTOGRAPHS DO NOT BEND " on both sides of the envelope.
Disclaimer – Visual Xtreme takes no responsibility for damage or loss of original photographs via Australia Post or other means of transit. Please make sure that your package is marked clearly “PHOTOGRAPHS DO NOT BEND” and using thick cardboard for support is generally all that is necessary to ensure safe transfer (please read 'To prepare your photos for delivery' section above). The other option is sending by registered mail.
