To order your Photo Slideshow you will need to complete the form below. Before filling in the form please read the following information which will explain the slideshow design process and help you to successfully fill out the form.

1. Combine your photos and choose your package
Combine & organise your photos, digital images, other memorable items (eg. diplomas, certificates, awards, special/ personalised drawings, sketches, letters, poems, cards, etc.) for your Slideshow. Get a total media (photos/images) count, to see what
package suits you best. Call us if you have any questions.
2. Decide on your Slideshow Event
[ideas] Anniversary, Birthday, Christmas, Mother’s day, Father’s day, Family Reunion, Newborn Baby, First day of school, Sporting Event, School Play, Bat Mitzvah, Graduation, Vacation, Wedding function, Valentine’s day, Retirement, Corporate Events, Bibliographies, Yearbooks, Funeral & Memorial service, Other Celebrations, etc.
3. Decide on Theme that you would like to have in your DVD Slideshow
(you can have different themes through it)

4. Decide on what type of Mood you want to create through your slideshow
(you can have different types of mood through it)

5. Decide on how many Photo Groups (DVD Chapters) you will have
Photo Groups are your DVD Chapters. Each group/chapter can be as little as 10-15 to 35-40 photos.

To group photos:

sort your photos into the desired category in order,

6. What type of media (photos & images) are you supplying?
You can supply 3 types of media digital photos, photos scanned by you at original size with resolution not less than 300dpi or your original photo printout - to be scanned*^ by Visual Xtreme.
All digital media can be saved on CD/DVD or USB card and posted or delivered to Visual Xtreme.
7. Decide if you want your Photos in a Certain/Chronological or Random Order, and how to prepare them for your Slideshow

photo printouts (to be scanned by VX*) - label each photo with a post it note or pencil to indicate your desired order for the slideshow (you can use post-it notes or you can lightly mark your photos; with a pencil on the back side of your photo. DO NOT USE MARKER OR PEN ON YOUR PHOTOS!)

digital photos use the file names # 1, 2, etc for us to know the photo order in each of your groups/chapters.
8. How to organise and supply your Photo Captions
Captions are up to 50% free included in any package, any extra captions $1.50 each

photo printouts (to be scanned by VX*) – write your text on post-it notes and stick them at the back of the photo;

digital photos – upload a text document with a copy of the titles and captions, use the file names for us to know which photo will have titles or captions.

9. Personalised Title Pages or Personalised Backgrounds for your Slideshow
3 free for up to 50 photos, 6 free for up to 150 photos and 9 free for all other packages, any extra title pages $5.00 each.
11. How to supply Text and any other information for your Personalised Title Pages?
Decide on how many title pages you need and type your text in the provided field in the form below (or you can include your title text in the document for your captions).
12. Slideshow order form
Please fill in the Slideshow order form below. After we receive your request, we’ll email you confirmation of your order, timeframe and payment information. We may contact you if we need more information on your Slideshow.
13. Supplying all your materials
You can supply your digital and/or scanned photo materials and music on CD/DVD /USB card by delivering to Visual Xtreme pick up point (Randwick or Bondi Junction) or posting to our PO box address. Please let us know if you want to
post all the materials or if you want to arrange the pick up point.
If you are
posting your materials we will email you as soon as we receive your photo materials &
payment confirmation.
14. Work on your slideshow
Please allow 1-2 weeks to create your Video Slideshow (after receiving your payment confirmation & materials). Visual Xtreme has 4 days urgent service for an additional $80.00 (This applies if your DVD Slideshow does not exceed 250 photographs; please call/email for quote if it exceeds this limit).
15. Review of your slideshow
We will email or call you as soon as we finish your Photo Slideshow. Low resolution version of your Photo Slideshow will be uploaded into our secured ftp site so that you can review it before we finalise it.
16. Finalising your slideshow
When you are happy with everything we will finalise the product (Photo Slideshow, DVD cover and DVD case) and prepare it for dispatching. We will dispatch your DVD Slideshow with your submitted materials.
17. 10% off the total order price on your next purchase
If you are happy with your Photo Slideshow – and we are sure you will be :) please email us your comments and recommend us to your friends. In token of our appreciation we will give you
10% off the total order price on your next purchase of any of our services once an order has been made with you as the referrer.
